We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, your item must be in its original condition — unused, unassembled, with all parts, accessories, and packaging exactly as received. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

If approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions on how to ship your figurine back to us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your figurine or accessory arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift cards.

For the fastest service, return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.

EU Cooling-Off Period

For orders delivered within the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must still be unused and complete, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the transaction.
